Where is my order?
You can consult where is your order with your tracking number that is provided to you as soon as the factory sends the product to you.

What about refunds and exchanges?
Our policy lasts 7 days just for Basics collection clothing. If 7 days have gone by since it arrived to your adress, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And the reason for return must be a fabric mistake.
We accept exchanges but the client will be warned that it will take factory time to produce another ítem and the delivery cost will be completely covered by the costumer for return and for new order.
Customs, one of one or custom order for an item won't have refunds or exchanges on any case.

Can I cancel my order or change it once I did it?
Nowadays it is impossible for us to change or cancel your order as it goes directly to our factory.
If you change your mind, we can offer you to send us an email to email@example.com informing about your problem, buy another product and send yours to the direction we will give you as soon as it arrives to have a refund. Please, have in mind that return cost shipping will be yours.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
1. Choose the product you like
2. Go to check out and fill in your info
3. Add your code on the side (computer) and press apply. If you are buying it with mobile navigation, you will add it after you click to "Continue to shipping method".
How does our shipping works?
For Basics Collections, every order is sent to our factory directly as every product is made specially by order, so due to its exclusivity and human work it takes around 7 days to produce it and send it to your adress (Europe). For USA it takes 2-3 days.
For custom Luxury Bags order, it will take around 7 days Spain. 7-9 days (Europe) . 14 days for USA. Fast delivery always.
For other customs it will depend on the ítem and waiting list. You can contact us to ask about it without any obligation.

How can I pay?
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard . Charge the billing at the time you purchase.
Can I keep saved something I liked for later?
You can add to your Wishlist ítems you liked and it will appear next time you open our website as a red number on the heart that will find in the right corner of our page.
Your wishlist and cart will save your latest modifications any time.
I can't find my size. What can I do?
You won't find that problem as every order is made directly to our factory. If you have any issue with which size to pick, you can always take a look to our sizing chart: https://www.imjennius.com/pages/sizing-chart-basics

If I put something in the cart is it reserved automatically?
For Basics Collections you don't need to reserve, and any thing you put in the cart it will be always available.
For One of One customs, we cannot assure you it will be saved until you go to check out, as there is just one item of each and it can be bought by someone else before you finish your purchase.
For Luxury Bag customs it will always depend on the original Brand boutique availability.
